青光眼合并白内障施行三联手术临床分析

The clinical analysis of the effects of triple operation with glaucoma and cataract.

目的 探讨白内障现代囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入及小梁切除术 (三联手术 )手术适应证、技巧、疗效、术后并发症及其处理。方法 对青光眼合并白内障 2 1例 2 4眼三联手术进行分析。结果 术后眼压 10 2 4～ 2 2 73mmHg( 1mmHg =0 13 3kPa) ,平均 14 40mmHg。术后视力除 2眼下降 ,2眼不变外 ,其余2 0眼均有不同程度改善 ,其中 1眼 0 0 6,14眼 0 1～ 0 3 ,5眼 0 4～ 0 6。本组术后并发症发生率及严重程度并不比小梁切除术或ECCE +PC IOL手术高。结论 三联手术能有效地控制眼压、提高视力。

Objective To evaluate surgical indications,techniques,effects of triple operation trabeculectomy,ECCE,PC IOL implantation and the management of postoperative complications.Methods Combined surgery of 21 cases (24 eyes)with glaucoma and cataract was analized.Results Postoperative IOP:10.24～22.73 mmHg.The mean postoperative IOP: 14.40 mmHg.Postoperative visual acuity:declined in 2 eyes,unchanged in 2 eyes,improved in 20 eyes(0.06 in 1 eyes,0.1～0.3 in 14 eyes, 0.4～ 0.6 in 5 eyes).The rate and the degree of seriousness of the postoperative complications in triple operation were the same as in trabeculectomy of ECCE+PC IOL implantation.Conclusion Triple operation may effectively control IOP and improve visual acuity.
