摘要 目的:研究炮制对附子强心作用的影响。方法:利用斯氏法获得离体蛙心,低钙任氏液心衰造模,给予不同剂量的炮附子、生附子水煎醇沉液,观察其强心效果。结果:⑴时效关系表明,生附子在0-10分钟内,强心作用有极显著性差异(P<0.001);炮附子在5-20分钟中内,强心作用有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。⑵量效关系表明,生附子在400-600倍稀释时的强心作用有极显著性差异(P<0.001);炮附子在300-700倍稀释时的强心作用有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:与生附子比较,炮附子的强心作用强度与强心作用范围都大于生附子。 Objective:To study the processing of lateral root of avonite cardiac effects. Methods:Sri Lanka method was from the heart of frogs ,low calcium Renshi model of heart failure, given different doses of the gun lateral root of avonite the Health lateral root of avonite alcohol - liquid water to cook, observe its cardiac effects. Results: (1) effective relations shows that the Health lateral root of avonite in 0 -5 minutes amplitude rate of change is very significant difference( P 〈0. 001 ) ;artiUery lateral root of avonite in 5 -20 minutes in,the rate of amplitude changes in a very significant difference( P 〈0. 001 ) ; Monoester pyrolysis alkaloids( P - MDA) in 10 - 25 minutes ,amplitude changes in the rate of very significant difference( P 〈 0. 001 ). (2) dose- effect relationship that,the Health lateral root of avonite in the 400 -600 times when the dilution rate of change in the amplitude of a very significant difference( P 〈 0. 001 ) ; artillery lateral root of avonite in the 300 - 700 times when the dilution rate of change in the amplitude of a very significant difference( P 〈 0. 001 ). Monoester pyrolysis alkaloids (P-MDA) in 1 /40 LD50 measures at the rate of change in the amplitude of a very significant differenee(P 〈0. 001 ) Conclusion: Compared with the Health lateral root of avonite, artillery lateral root of avonite role of the cardiac strength and cardiac effects are greater than the scope of Health lateral root of avonite Monooster pyrolysis alkaloids( P - MDA) has a strong cardiac effects.
