改良睫状体剥离术联合玻璃体抽吸前房注气治疗难治性青光眼

Reform cyclodialysis combined with vitreous aspiration and intra-cameral air injection for refractory glaucoma.

目的 探讨难治性青光眼的手术治疗方法及其临床效果。方法 采用改良睫状体剥离术联合玻璃体抽吸、前房注气治疗 8例难治性青光眼。结果 8例均取得控制眼压的效果 ,不需药物治疗。随访 3月～ 2年 ,眼压均控制在 2 1mmHg以下。结论 本手术方法的降压途径不同于滤过性手术 ,用于治疗难治性青光眼是一种较好的手术方法。

Objective To discuss the method and Clinical effect of the combintion of reform cyclodailysis with vitreous aspiration and intra cameral air injection for refractory glaucoma.Methods 8 patients were involoved in the combined performance.The intraocular pressure(IOP)was followed up.Results In the follow up examination of 3～24 months,the IOP of 8 cases without medicine was controlled under 21 mmHg.Conclusion The way of IOP decrease through the combined operation is different from that by filterating operation.Reform cyclodialysis combining with vitreous aspiration and intra cameral air injection is good for intractable glaucoma.
