摘要
研究了在不同温度下(30℃,50℃,65℃)聚乙烯亚胺与戊二醛的交联反应,并对产生的各种纳米结构进行了表征。目的是为了制备聚乙烯亚胺的各种纳米结构,为进一步开发聚乙烯亚胺作为药物载体进行探索。对交联反应产物的结构和形貌,表面电位和光谱性质运用原子力显微镜,激光粒度仪和紫外分光光度计进行了表征。结果表明不同温度条件下反应后的溶液均呈现为橙红色,并且它们具有极为相似的紫外光谱吸收,表面电位的检测显示这些纳米结构均荷有正电,但不同的反应温度下可以产生出不同的聚乙烯亚胺纳米结构。
Studied the erosslinking reaction between Polyethyleneimine and glutaraldehyde in different temperatures(30℃, 50℃ ,65℃ ) ,and for variety of nalaostruetures were characterized. Purpose is to prepare a variety of nanostruetures of Polyethylenei- mine,which is further developed as drug carriers to explore. These eompound's structures,topograpys,potentials and spectroscopic properties were characterized by AFM,Laser particle size analyzer, UV speetrophotometer. The results show that the reaction solutions are all orange -red under different temperature conditions,and they have very similar UV absorption. The potential test showed that these nanostrueures all have positive electriclty,but different reaction temperatures produce different nanostruetures.
