经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术加术后膀胱灌注治疗膀胱肿瘤39例体会

Clinical Significance of Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumors and Irrigation of Bladder:Report of 39 Cases

目的:探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(transurethral resection of bladder tumor,TURBT)加术后膀胱灌注治疗膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法:采用TURBT治疗膀胱肿瘤例,术后定期使用丝裂霉素、表柔比星等药物膀胱腔内灌注化疗。结果:39例患者成功实施TURBt。39例随访3个月～2年,肿瘤复发7例,其中原位复发5例,异位复发2例。结论:TURBt+术后膀胱灌注是治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的首选方法,具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少、可反复进行,疗效可靠等优点。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of transurethral resection of bladder tumors （TURBt）combined with bladder irrigation chemotherapy. Methods： 39 patients with bladder tumor underwent TURBt and bladder irrigation of ehemothera- peuties such as mitomyein.Epirubicin. Results：According to an average 1 year follow up,ranging from 3 -24 months,7 cases relapsed into bladder tumor, of which 5 were situ recurrence, 3 were new tumors. Condusion：TURBT combined with postoperative bladder irrigation of chemotherapeutics is effective on super- ficial bladder tumor, and is a effective and reliable method, with less trauma and faster recovery, fewer complications.
