老年重症哮喘的临床特点和护理研究

Analysis of Clinical Faeature and Nursing Measure of Old Patients with Severe Asthma

目的:探讨老年重症支气管哮喘患者的临床特点和护理方法。方法:2008年3月-2010年12月共治疗39例重症哮喘老年患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料和救治护理过程。结果:本组患者给予合理治疗和精心护理,31例病情迅速缓解,6例症状得到有效的控制,2例因合并器官衰竭等原因死亡。结论:老年重症哮喘,病情复杂、变化快,及时有效临床救治和护理措施,显著提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the clinical fueature and nursing measure of old patients with severe asthma. Methods：The data of 39 cases of old patients with severe asthma were analyzed retrospectively, from 3 month,2008 to 2 month,2010. Results： By the treatment and nursing,31 case pathogenetic condition relieve fastness and good control. Two case died becasuse of organ failure. Conclusion： Old severe asthma, with changing quickly pathogenetic condition. Timely and effectiveelinical renedy and nursing measurere can improve complaint snap in patients with severe asthma and increse the success rate of rescue and quality of life.
