施工人员建筑废弃物减量化行为影响因素调查分析——以深圳市为例

Investigation the Influencing Factors of Construction Worker's Waste Minimization Behavior:——The Shenzhen Case

为了探究阻碍施工人员实施建筑废弃物减量化行为的主要影响因素,文章在总结国内外文献的基础上,结合实地调查和访谈设计了施工人员建筑废弃物减量化行为影响因素调查表,并针对深圳市施工人员展开调查。调查结果发现,影响施工人员采取减量化措施最主要的阻碍因素是缺乏废弃物管理方面的培训和教育、缺乏业主的支持以及减量化在施工目标管理中缺乏优先权。针对以上调查结果,提出了相应的改进建议。

As green building and sustainable development is rooted in society, the reduction of construction waste has become a hot issue of current research. Based on the literature review, the questionnaire of influencing factors on construction worker＇s behavior towards construction waste minimization was designed to find vital barriers. The vital factors which affect construction waste reduction behavior of workers are identified via questionnaire survey in Shenzhen, China. The results show that the factors such as lack of relevant training, lack of interest from clients and lower project priority are perceived as main barriers of waste reduction performance. Suggestions for improving construction workers＇ behavior are put forward.
