强壮筋骨活络止痛法为主治疗跟痛症95例临床观察

Observation of strengthening the bones and muscles and activating collaterals for relieving pain on the treatment of calcaneodynia

目的观察强壮筋骨活络止痛法为主治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法将189例跟痛症患者随机分为2组,治疗组95例采用强壮筋骨活络止痛法为主治疗,予中药口服、中药热敷外洗患足;对照组94例予痛点局部封闭配合西药口服治疗。2组均2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察临床疗效,并进行视觉模拟(VAS)评分比较,随访1年,观察复发情况。结果治疗组痊愈率61.1%,对照组痊愈率29.8%,治疗组痊愈率较对照组高(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后VAS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),2组治疗后VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访1年,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强壮筋骨活络止痛法为主治疗跟痛症疗效确切,复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of strengthening the bones and muscles and activating collaterals for relieving pain on the treatment of calcaneodynia.Methods 189 case of calcaneodynia were randomly allocated two groups.Strengthening the bones and muscles and activating collaterals for relieving pain was as main therapy in treatment group（n=95）.Oral traditional Chinese medicine,hot compress and wash foot were applied in treatment group at same time.Local pain spots block therapy was applied in control group（n=94）.The course was two weeks in two groups.The clinical effect was observed after two courses.The visual analogue（VAS） score and recurrence of 1-year follow-up were observed.Result The cure rate in treatment group（61.1%） was higher than that in control group（29.8%,P0.05）.VAS after treatment was lower than that before treatment in two groups（P0.05）.There was no obvious difference between two groups on VAS（P0.05）.The recurrence rate in the treatment group（20.0%） was obvious lower than that in the control group（60.6%,P0.05）.Conclusion Strengthening the bones and muscles and activating collaterals for relieving pain has definite effect and lower recurrence rate on the treatment of calcaneodynia.
