高效液相色谱法测定参麻通络胶囊中芍药苷的含量

Determination of paeoniflorin content in Shenma Tongluo capsule by High-performance liquid chromatography

目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定参麻通络胶囊中芍药苷含量。方法色谱柱为Di-amonsil,C18,5μm,4.6mm×250 mm,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(32∶68∶0.2),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为230 nm。进样量为20μL。结果芍药苷在0.0071～0.0427 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为99.51%。结论本品方法操作简便、可靠,重现性好,专属性强,可作为参麻通络胶囊的内在质量控制方法。

Objective To establish a method for Determination of paeoniflorin content in Shenma Tongluo capsule by High-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.Methods Chromatographic conditions of paeoniflorin determination are as follows： column（Diamonsil,C18,5 μm 4.6 mm×250 mm）,mobile phase [Methanol-water-glacial acetic acid（32∶68∶0.2）],flow（1.0 mL/min）,detection wavelength（230 nm） and sample volume（20 μL）.Results Paeoniflorin in 0.007 1 ～ 0.042 7 mg/mL range was a good linear relationship.The average recovery was 99.51%.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,reproducible,specific,and can be used as intrinsic quality control of Shenma Tongluo capsule.
