摘要
高模量纤维,特别是碳纤维和玻璃纤维,已用于各种汽车用产品中。纤维增强结构便是典型的例子,如减震器和无负荷轴承部件等。汽车行业对高模量纤维的需求极可能会继续增加。科技文献分析了这类纤维对运输行业特别是汽车业的作用,但经济观点较为鲜见。通过常用的经济分析方法,说明这类材料的潜力,以填补这方面的空白。除了当前的应用外,预计高模量纤维今后将成为汽车工业通用的材料,以降低成本。
High modulus fibers, especially carbon and glass fibers are already used in a wide range of automotive applications. Typical examples are fiber reinforced structures, for instance the shock absorber, and not load bearing parts of the body. The demand for high modulus fibers in the automotive industry is most likely to increase. The scientific literature analyzes the role of these fibers for transportation, especially in the automotive industry, rarely form an economic point of view. This paper attempts to fill this gap. It is possible to show the potential of these materials with common economic analysis tools. Besides the current applications, the future role as all-purpose materials with high potential for the reduction of costs is estimated for the automotive industry.
