摘要
有机锗废液中的锗用氯化蒸馏工艺回收,锗的回收率低,仅为50%左右。采用氯化镁-氧化钙为沉淀剂,在pH=11~12的条件下沉淀锗,所得锗沉淀物经650~700℃灼烧得到锗精矿,然后再通过氯化蒸馏回收锗,锗的总回收率大于90%,有效回收了废液中的锗。
Germanium was recovered by chlorination distillation process from wastewater resulted from organic germanium production with a low recovery around 50%. The germanium concentrate was obtained by burning germanium precipitate at 650 -700 ℃, after precipitating wastewater using magnesium chloride-calcium chloride as precipitant at the pH value of 11 - 12. Then germanium was recovered by chlorination distillation process, with a gross recovery more than 90%, realizing an effective recovery of germanium from the wastewater.
