巴润选厂隐蔽工程数字化研究

Research on Digitalization of Hidden Project in Processing Plant of Barun Mine

以Surpac矿业软件平台,依据矿山数字化流程,全面收集和整理了现有的巴润选厂隐蔽工程资料及数据,提取巴润选厂隐蔽工程建设用地、工程地质等主要信息并加以整合,建立了巴润选厂隐蔽工程数据库、地表模型、采矿、选矿工业场地、地表地下管线等模型,优化总体布局,形成了三维可视化模型,进而应用到实际生产当中,发挥其指导作用。

Comprehensive information and data of hidden project in the existing plant of Barun Mine were collected and prepared with Surpac mining software based on mine digitalization process. Some important information including construction land and engineering geology was extracted and integrated. Database for hidden project in processing plant and models of surface, mining ＆ processing sites, surface ＆ underground pipelines were all established. The overall layout was optimized and a three-dimensional visual model was obtained, which can be applied to practical production, giving full play to its guidance role.
