摘要
针对批量生产中薄壁缸套在无心磨机床上磨削的合格率只有90%左右的问题,找出薄壁缸套磨削后产生"棱圆度"、"棱边形"、"锥度"等主要误差项目的成因;通过改进缸套中心位置、托板与磨轮的位置、导板的位置,以及调整冷却方式、确定合理的磨削用量、磨削条件等措施,将产品合格率提高到99%以上,取得了显著的经济效益。这种改进措施对于其他薄壁套筒类零件的精加工外圆表面磨削具有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the qualified rate about 90% questions that the thin-walled cylinder set on the center-less grinding mill in the batch production,the major causes of "arris cylindric","arris-shaped" and "taper" of the thin-walled cylinder after grinding were found out.By improving the center position of cylinder liners,pallets and wheel position,and the position of the guides,and adjusting the cooling mode,determining a reasonable amount of grinding,grinding parameters and other measures,the product qualified rate was improved to more than 99%,and significant economic benefit was achieved.This improvement measures have certain reference value for other thin-walled socket parts finishing external circular surface grinding.
