摘要
介绍了卧式三面组合钻床的夹具设计,在分析零件图的基础上,给出了这类机床夹具的设计思路、设计方法与设计过程。该夹具采用液压装置夹紧,使得加工中动作迅速,定位准确、可靠,不仅节约了成本与时间,且较好地保证了工件质量,产量大幅度提高,一定程度上满足了市场的需求。
The fixture design of horizontal three-side combination drilling was introduced.Its design idea,method and design process were given on the basis of analyzing the part diagram.By using the hydraulic clamping device for the fixture,the machining is made quick in movement,and accurate and reliable in positioning.Not only its costs and time are saved,but also the high quality of the workpiece is ensured.The production is increased to meet the demand of the market in certain extend.
