大中型辊筒外圆表面的车磨抛一体化工艺

摘要 针对现有工艺的缺点,提出仅在车床上实现粗车、半精车、磨削和镜面抛光的一体化工艺策略。详尽介绍工艺路线、工艺实施布局方案和加工运动原理,设计了粗精复合双磨头,阐述了主运动传动原理。给出了加工结果,并分析了一体化工艺的诸多优点。 To overcome the disadvantages of the existing processing methods,a strategy integrated processing operations of coarse turning,semi-finishing turning,grinding and mirror-like polishing was put forward.On the basis of introduction of the new process line,the layout scheme and machining principle,the composite grinding head of abrasive belt was designed and the transmission principle for primary motion was described.The obtained result for the integrated operation was shown and its merits were analyzed.
