摘要
针对液压缸法兰区结构强度薄弱的问题,采用双指数"超椭圆"参数方程描述的过渡形线来代替原来的圆角结构,借助通用有限元软件内嵌的优化设计功能模块来搜索设计边界形状的最佳参数匹配。优化后结构强度明显增加,优于原结构。针对前苏联学者Mopo3oB、CypRoB等提出的15°斜线与R3.5 cm圆弧相连过渡形线和凹入形线结构,建立其有限元模型并进行分析。结果表明,文中所设计的过渡形线优于所述的这两种形线。文中所使用的优化设计方法可以广泛应用于机械零件过渡形线的设计中,具有一定的理论意义和工程应用价值。
Aiming at the problem of structural strength weakness in cylinder flange area,a kind of "super-ellipse" double parameters equation was proposed to describe the transitional line instead of the primary rounded structure.Optimal design module embedded in the general finite element software was used to search for the best parameters matching of the boundary shape.The strength of the optimized structure increased significantly than that of the original structure.Aiming at the transitional line that 15 ° diagonal line connected with a R3.5 cm arc and the concave-shaped structure which were proposed by scholars MOPO3OB and CYPROB,the finite element models were established and the analyses were completed.The results show that the designed transition line shape is more optimal than the two kind of line-shaped which are proposed in the former.The optimization method can be widely used in the design of the transition line shape in mechanical parts,which has some theoretical sense and engineering application value.
