摘要
液压举升机构是自卸车重要的工作系统之一,其传动效率的高低直接影响汽车的经济性和使用特性。以设计高传动效率的自卸车液压举升机构为目标,利用ADMAS软件建立自卸车液压举升机构的参数化模型,以举升过程中油缸最大推力最小为优化目标,对举升机构的位置布置和几何参数进行优化设计,实现了对举升机构关键位置参数的合理优化,为改进机构设计提供了依据,具有较强的实用性。
Hydraulic lifting mechanism is one of the important working system on dump truck,its transmission efficiency directly influences economy and application characteristics.In order to design high transmission-efficiency hydraulic lifting mechanism for dump truck,ADMAS software was utilized to build parameterized model of hydraulic lifting mechanism of the dump truck.Taking the maximum thrust minimizing as optimized object,the location distribution of the lifting mechanisms and geometric parameters were optimized.Rational optimization to key location parameters of lifting mechanism is achieved,which will offer reference for improving design and has strong practicability.
