摘要
光学非接触方法测量在数控机床和机械制造中应用非常普遍,但各种光学测量系统都会或多或少产生各种误差。数据缺损、离焦误差、畸变误差和量化误差是影响测量系统精度的主要误差源。通过建立光学测量系统数学模型,推导出畸变误差数学模型,找出其成因,为各种测量系统误差的校正或补偿提供参考。
The non-contact measure method is widely used in mechanical manufacturing and CNC machine tool,but more or less,various errors are generated in each kind of optical measure system.Date loss,defocus error,distortion and quantization error are the main sources of errors effecting the precision of optical measuring system.By setting up a mathematical model for optical measuring system,the one of distortion error was introduced,and its causation was found.The research work provides references for correction and compensation of errors for all kinds of measuring system.
