摘要 以Rockwell实验室的过程控制实验装置为实验平台,利用RSView32监控组态软件制作上层监控界面实现液位的实时值显示、PID参数的在线调节及控制结果的趋势图。采用现场凑试法成功确定过程控制指令及PID参数,验证设计系统的可行性实现锅炉液位控制系统的监控。 On the basis of process control equipment used as platform in Rockwell Lab,it had been implemented that water level real time monitor,PID parameters on line configuration,and tendency picture of water-level,by utilizing RSView32 control configuration software.Based on understanding of process control instruction of PID as well as configuration method and rules,gather law of trying on while regulating PID parameter as regulating method was selected,and regulating PID parameter were set in process control,thus feasibility of the designed system was validated.The results show that the boiler water-level control system monitoring control has been achieved.
