聚丙烯非织造布光催化降解用壳聚糖/阿拉伯胶微胶囊的制备

摘要 以壳聚糖和阿拉伯胶为壁材,以锐钛矿型二氧化钛为芯材制备了微胶囊。该微胶囊可通过后整理方法施加到聚丙烯非织造布中,当微胶囊的壁材破裂后释放出二氧化钛,可促进聚丙烯非织造布的光降解。研究了壳聚糖的浓度、溶液pH值、搅拌速度、反应温度和复凝聚时间对微胶囊成形的影响。结果表明,当阿拉伯胶质量浓度为6%、二氧化钛质量浓度为0.8%时,制备微胶囊的较佳工艺是:壳聚糖质量浓度0.4%、溶液pH值3.18左右、搅拌速度300 r/min、反应温度60℃、复凝聚时间15 min。 The microcapsules were prepared using chitosan and acacia as wall and anatase TiO2 as core material, which could be added to the polypropylene nonwovens by treatment technique. The microcapsules in the nonwovens gradually fracture and the anatase TiOz was released, which would facilitate photo-degradation of the polypropylene nonwovens. The effect of the process parameters, including the concen tration of chitosan, pH value of the coacervation solution, stirring speed, coacervation temperature and coacervation time on the microcapsule formation behavior were investigated. The results show that when acacia was 6% and TiO2 concentration of 0.8%, the better microcapsulation conditions was as follows, the Chitosan concentration was 0.4%, pH value was about 3.18, stirring speed was 300 r/min, the reaction temperature was 60 ~C, and the coaceration time was 15 min.
