类风湿关节炎患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α的水平测定及临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的关系。方法选择临床活动期RA患者40例(活动期组)、稳定期RA患者35例(稳定期组)及健康体检者40例(正常对照组),采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测各组血清TNF-α的水平,并进行比较。结果活动期组血清TNF-α水平为(42.6±10.8)ng/L,稳定期组为(18.7±5.3)ng/L,正常对照组为(13.8±2.3)ng/L。活动期组血清TNF-α水平显著高于正常对照组及稳定期组,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论TNF-α可作为RA疾病活动度的灵敏指标之一。
