疝环充填式无张力疝修补40例的疗效观察

Results of 40 cases of inguinal hernia treated by plug mesh hernia repair

目的 观察聚丙烯锥形网塞、网片为疝修补材料行疝修补术的效果。方法 作疝环充填式无张力疝修补４０ 例，其中单侧斜疝２９ 例，单侧直疝６ 例，膀胱滑动疝１ 例，骑跨疝１ 例，双侧斜疝２ 例，双侧直疝１ 例。４０ 例中１１ 例首次复发，１ 例第４ 次复发。手术采用美国巴德公司提供的聚丙烯锥形网塞、网片作修补材料。结果 患者伤口均一期愈合，４０ 例全部得到随访，随访时间１ ～１５ 个月，无１ 例复发，均恢复正常工作与生活。结论 近期疗效满意。

Objective To assess the recent results of plug mesh hernia repair in the treatment for 40 cases of inguinal hernia.Methods Forty patients,who were 27～80 years old and had suffered from inguinal hernia for 1 month to 10 years,were subjected to the repair from April 1998 to July 1999.Among these cases were 29 unilateral indirect hernias,6 direct hernias,1 sliding hernia of bladder, 1 pantaloon hernia,2 bilateral indirect hernias,and 1 bilateral direct hernia.As for recurrence,11 patients had first recurrent hernia and one had the fourth recurrent hernia.The material of repair was Bard R Marlex Mesh PerFix R Plug.Results Wound healing of all the patients was first intention.The 40 patients were followed up 1 to 15 months,none of them suffered from recurrent hernia,and everyone of them had normal life and work.Conclusion The recent results of the plug mesh hernia repair were satisfactory.
