斯钙素基因在大鼠不同组织中的表达

摘要 研究斯钙素在妊娠中期大鼠不同组织中的基因表达。试验以妊娠中期大鼠为研究对象,利用RT-PCR方法对肾脏、肝脏、肺脏、胃、小肠、乳腺、心脏中斯钙素基因进行检测。结果表明:STC1在妊娠中期大鼠不同组织有表达;STC2在妊娠中期大鼠不同组织未表达。表明妊娠中期大鼠肾脏、肝脏、肺脏、胃、小肠、乳腺、心脏组织的钙代谢主要与STC1有关。
