摘要
目的探讨颅脑外伤伴眼部病变及视神经损伤的情况,以帮助诊断和治疗,提高疗效。方法对520例颅脑外伤患者中32例32眼伴眶骨骨折、眼球破裂、球后血肿、眼运动神经麻痹、视神经损伤等眼外伤患者的外伤发生情况、眼部临床表现、诊断和治疗等方面进行临床分析。结果合并视神经损伤者10例10眼(视神经断裂1例,视神经挫伤9例),占32例眼部损伤的31.25%;视神经损伤10例10眼中有3眼失明,其余7眼均遗留不同程度的视力障碍,但就诊较及时者预后较好。结论在颅脑外伤患者诊断治疗中应注意有无眼部损伤,及时请眼科会诊,利于视功能的保护和康复。
Objective To discuss the situation of the cases of craniocerabrabral damage with opticalnerve injury and eye injury. In order to help diagnosis and treatment. Methods 32 cases of optic nerve injury in 520 eases of eraniocerabral damage were analyzed retrospectively. The inincidence rate,mechanism of injury., clinical expression, diagnisis and treatment were studied. Results Combining 10 cases＇ （ 1 case broken opticanerve injury, 9 cases of damaged optic nerve injury ） oeupied 31.25% of 32 cases of damage optic nerve injury. 3 cases were blend, the nest 7 cases left sight difficuies, but got better after treatmeut. Conclusion The patients with craniocerebral damage complicated optical nerve injury should be given ophthalmologic treatments in time.
