摘要
目的探讨临床护理人员工作压力程度及主要压力源,为帮助护理人员缓解工作压力提供理论依据。方法针对护理人员通常反映的有关工作压力问题,采用自评式问卷调查法,对我院486例临床护理人员进行调查分析。结果临床护理人员抑郁和焦虑程度明显高于正常人群。主要压力源包括工作量太大、经常倒班、职称晋升及深造机会太少、工资及福利待遇偏低以及非护理性的工作太多。结论临床护理人员的工作压力过大,应重视并采取积极有效的措施加以解决,以便更好发挥其潜能。
Objective To explore the status quo of clinical nursing staff working pressure and the main working pressure sources, so as to take corresponding measures to help nurses ease the work pressure. Methods Using the methods of self-assessmen questionnaire survey to investigate and analysis the nurses'job stressors in our hospital. Results The positive rates of depres- sion and anxiety of clinical nursing staff were significantly higher than the normal population. The main working pressure sources include the heavy workload, regular shift work, all kinds of poor treatment and more non-nursing work. Conclusion Managers should pay attention to the working pressure and take positive measures to reduce the clinical nursing staff working pressure.
