高校业余团校运行模式研究——以贵州师范学院为例

高校业余团校的举办是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的载体和重要组成部分。为了适应新形势下高等教育的发展,文章通过对业余团校举办的意义,新时期大学生思想意识成长的变化对高校业余团校教学的影响和目前高校业余团校运行中出现的问题等进行分析,力求探索"以学生为主体,以教师为主导,分层次,重个性"的高校业余团校运行模式,为培养全面发展的复合型人才贡献力量。

The amateur Youth League School in universities plays an important role in strengthening and impro- ving moral education of college students and in adapting to the development of higher education in the new situation, The paper analyzes the siguificanee of the amateur Youth League school, the changes of the ideas and thoughts of the college students in new period and the existing problems, aiming to explore an operation mode for the amateur Youth League school in universities. The mode emphasizes the guiding function of the teacher and the subject position of the students, advocates hierarchy and gives priority to individuality so as to serve for training overall developed talents.
