摘要
本研究检测了龙眼核95%乙醇提取物对8种病原菌和四种丝状真菌的抑制活性.结果表明龙眼核酒精提取物能有效抑制除大肠杆菌ATCC35218外7种供试病原菌生长,包括真菌白色念珠菌;对四种丝状真菌中的秀珍菇和杏鲍菇的抑制活性要强于两种药用菌灵芝和北虫草;对7种病原菌的最小抑菌浓度均不高于100mg/mL,抑菌活性随pH升高有下降趋势,抑菌活性物质有较强的热稳定性.
The antimicrobial activities were investigated that 95% ethanol extracts of the Iongan seed inhibited eight kinds pathogenic microorganism and four kinds of filamentous fungi. The results showed that extract of Iongan seed can effectively restrain the growth of seven kinds among tested microorganism, including fungi candida albicans, except E. coli ATCC35218, and inhibitory activity of Iongan seed extract against two edible fungi such as Pleurotus geesteranus and P. eryngiiwas stronger than two medicinal fungi such as Ganoderma iucidum and Cordyceps militaris. The minimum inhibitory concentration were not higher than 100 mg/mL to the seven kinds of pathogenic microorganisms. Antimicrobial activity went down with pH increased trend, and was strong stable under high temperature.
