摘要
以已建成的和在建的客运专线的建设情况及速度目标值为参考,通过对大西客运专线沿线经济、交通格局及发展规划的系统研究,结合地形条件,按照不同区段分析时间目标值,进而对不同区段的速度目标值进行研究比选,通过对客流、综合交通定位、路网建设合理匹配、项目建设成本、经济效益的影响进行综合论证分析,既满足客运专线沿线运输需求,同时兼顾路网适应性,综合确定大西客运专线速度目标值。结论为:大同—原平利用在建四线,速度目标值为200 km/h;原平—西安采用250 km/h速度目标值,工程预留进一步提速的条件。
According to the investigation into the construction and the target train speeds of newly-building and existing railway passenger dedicated lines,the article analysed the economic,traffic patterns and the development planning system,together with terrain conditions along the route of Datong-Xi'an railway passenger dedicated line,studied target train speeds by sections,and carried out comparison of target train speeds for various sections.By studing passenger flow,comprehensive traffic orientation,rational matching of railway network construction,construction costs and economic impact,target train speeds for two sections were determined in order to meet customer demand and the adaptability requirements of railway network.
