摘要
大西铁路客运专线站场工点属Q4al+pl新黄土地层和I级轻微非自重湿陷性场地,设计采用柱锤冲扩桩和CFG桩复合地基进行处理。为了达到设计目的,在施工区域附近进行了工艺性试验。结合不同的锤重、落距、夯击次数,分别进行了桩身压实度、桩间土挤密系数、桩间土湿陷性和复核地基承载力试验,确定了柱锤冲扩桩施工工艺参数,并成功实施了110万m该桩的施工。通过其置换、挤密效应达到了消除黄土湿陷性和提高复合地基承载力的目的,同时结合施工实践,比较分析了柱锤冲扩桩的2种主要施工方法,即预钻孔和锤击成孔工艺的适应性以及施工过程中的注意事项。
A railway station site on Datong-Xi'an passenger dedicated line belongs to Q4al+pl new loess and minor class I non-weight collapsible site,it was treated by composite foundation including expanded piles driven by column hammer and CFG piles.Through testing the technical parameters of column hammer impact-expanded piles were determined and the project succeesfully completed.Through the replacement of loess and the compaction to eliminate collapsibility of loess,the purpose of improving the bearing capacity of composite foundation has been realized.
