This paper introduces the surveying consultant evaluation applied for the Datong-Xi＇an PDL,systematically expounds and discusses the establishment of PDL＇s surveying consultant evaluation work including the implementation content,organization and management,significance and application prospect of the work.The object is to provide standardization management concept in surveying management field of railway construction,so as to adapt to the high-speed railway construction and development.
