Temperature Control Techniques for Prestressed Concrete Simply Supported Box Girders on Datong-Xi'an PDL

对于预应力混凝土简支箱梁,温度对混凝土结构有着很大的相关性,在箱梁预制中温度应力及温度控制具有重要意义。主要是由于在施工中混凝土常常出现温度裂缝,影响到结构的整体性和耐久性;以及在使用过程中,温度变化对结构的应力状态具有显著的不容忽视的影响。通过对混凝土施工工序中各项温度指标的过程控制,预防和控制温度对混凝土质量的影响,保证箱梁预制混凝土施工质量。

For prestressed concrete precasted simply-supported box girders,temperature stress and temperature control are of great significance.This is mainly due to the frequent occurrence of temperature cracks in the process of fabrication which affect the integrity and durability of the structure.And in the process of service,temperature changes have significant impact on the structure behavior which can not be overlooked.Through the control of temperature indices in the process of concrete fabrication to prevent the quality of concrete from the influence of temperature changes,the quality of precasted concrete girders was guaranteed.
