摘要
大西客运专线上白隧道洞身范围内均含有不同程度的砂层,开挖过程中有大面积的砂层滑落,导致隧道初期支护无法正常施工。经研究决定采用深孔高压注浆,这一方法能使砂层围岩的自稳能力加强,在开挖过程中砂层不会滑落,能使现场正常施工,给下一道工序争取了充足的时间。现场实践证明,深孔高压注浆方法能使砂层隧道正常施工,并且施工工艺简单,易于操作,材料价格适宜,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Shangbai tunnel on Datong-Xi'an PDL passes through different thick layers of sand. In the process of excavation a large area of sand slide occurred causing tunnel primary support unable to erect and troubles for the normal construction. Relevant experts decided to use deep hole high pressure grouting to strengthen sand layers in the surrounding rock mass, improving their stability capacity in the process of excavation, ensuring the normal construction to the next procedure. Through practice it has been proved, deep hole high pressure grouting can ensure sand tunnel construction, and the process is simple, easy to operate with reasonable material cost. By using this method, good economic and social benefits were achieved .
