摘要
鉴于水中离子浓度场在离子扩散过程研究中的重要地位,以及离子浓度传统测量方法难以直观获得离子浓度分布等问题,在大量观察分析的基础上,提出了水中显色离子二维浓度场的图像检测方法,进而从检测的基本思想、溶液显色与离子浓度检测的基本原理、图像处理与分析等方面进行了相应研究,拟合得出了利用图像灰度值求取离子浓度值的函数表达式,并开发了检测系统。检测实例结果表明,该方法对水中显色离子浓度的检测误差可控制在2%~4%之间,能够满足通常情况下的检测要求。
The two-dimensional concentration field is fundamental to the research of ion diffusion. And it is difficult to ob- tain the ion concentration distribution directly by traditional detection methods. In order to overcome these shortcomings, a new detection method is put forward. It is based on image analysis. Its basic idea, mechanism of solution coloration and ion concentration detection, and image analysis are studied. The fitted function expression between ion concentration and pixel gray values of image is constructed. And a special detection system is manufactured. Detection example indicates that the detection error of this method is about 2%to 4 %. It can meet normal demand of two-dimensional concentration field detection of colored ion.
