早期良姿体位护理对脑卒中患者后期肌痉挛及平衡功能的影响

The effect of early care of good posture on muscle spasm and balance function of stroke patients

目的:探讨早期良姿体位治疗,对急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者后期痉挛及平衡功能的影响。方法:选择急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者80例,40例为治疗组,实施早期良姿体位治疗;40例为对照组,未实施早期良姿体位治疗。此外,两组均进行相同的综合性康复治疗。比较治疗前及治疗后3个月两组患者CSS及FMA-B评分。结果:两组患者治疗前CSS及FMA-B评分比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),3月后治疗组未见明显肌痉挛,CSS评分低于对照组(P>0.05)。FMA-B评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:缺血性脑卒中急性期正确的体位护理能显著降低偏瘫患者后期的肌痉挛,对改善平衡功能有显著作用。

Objective： To discuss the effect of early care of good posture on muscle spasm and balance function of acute ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods： 80 acute ischemic stroke patients were divided into two groups.All patients were given comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.In addition,40 cases in treatment group were given good postural care in early stage.The CSS and FMA-B score of patients were compared before and 3 months after treatment.Results： The CSS and FMA-B score of two groups of patients before treatment was not significant statistically difference（P0.05）.3 months later,the patients of treatment group had no significant muscle spasm,and had lower CSS score than that of control group（P0.05）,their FMA-B score was higher（P0.05）.Conclusion： Correct posture can reduce muscle spasm of hemiplegia patients in acute stage of ischemic stroke,and help to improve balance function.
