护士责任包干制对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘急慢性并发症发生率的影响

Effect of accountability nursing system on the complications incidence of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients

目的:观察护士责任包干制对血液透析患者內瘘急慢性并发症发生率的影响。方法:将88例维持性血液透析患者随机分为观察组和对照组各44例,观察组实施护士责任包干制,对照组患者接受常规护理,比较两组患者內瘘急慢性并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者內瘘急慢性并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护士责任包干制能减少內瘘急慢性并发症的发生率,护患关系更加融洽。

Objective： To explore the effect of accountability nursing system on the incidence of acute and chronic complications of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods： 88 maintenance hemodialysis patients were enrolled and randomized into two groups.44 cases were in the each group.The patients in experimental group received the nursing of accountability system,patients in control group received the routing nursing.The incidence of acute and chronic complications of arterioverous fistula was compared between two groups.Results： There was significant decreased in the incidence of acute and chronic complications of arterioverous fistula in experimental group compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： The accountability nursing system can decrease the incidence of acute and chronic complications of arterioverous fistula and help to improve nurse-patient relationship.
