人骨髓间充质干细胞体外培养模型的建立和表型分析

摘要 骨髓(bone marrow,BM)中包含有两类干细胞,即造血干细胞和间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)。MSCs属混杂细胞群,其表面抗原标志尚未完全确定。MSCs作为多能干细胞具有可塑性,有报道显示在细胞因子作用下可以在体外诱导分化为骨骼肌细胞、脂肪细胞、心肌细胞、上皮细胞和血管内皮细胞.
