Narcotrend index evaluation of sedation depth during painless gastroscopy

目的:应用Narcotrend指数(NTI)在无痛胃镜诊疗中指导镇静深度,评估其临床安全性、有效性及病人满意度,确立无痛胃镜检查时恰当的NTI范围以指导临床。方法:300例门诊无痛胃镜诊疗患者,根据NTI随丙泊酚剂量输入的变化随机分为3组,每组100例(A组NTI=45～55,B组NTI=56～65,C组NTI=66～75)。观察并记录术中及术后各组不良反应发生情况。结果:3组患者均顺利完成检查,其中A组和C组的不良反应发生情况明显高于B组,P<0.05。结论:门诊无痛胃镜术中,NTI在56～65范围的镇静深度比较适当。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical safety, efficacy and patient＇ s satisfaction of application Narcotrend index （NTI） in painless gastroscopy to guide sedation depth, and establish appropriate NTI range. Methods： Three hundred patients undergoing painless gastroseopy procedures were enrolled. All patients were randomly divided into three groups according to NTI with the different dose of propofol infusion, there were 100 patients in each group （ Group A： NTI = 45-55; Group B： NTI = 56-65; Group C： NTI = 66-75 ）. Preoperative and postoperative adverse reactions were recorded. Results： The incidence of adverse events of group B was significantly lower than group A and group C （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It＇ s appropriate to keep NTI from 56 to 65 during outpatient painless gastroseopy procedure.
