摘要
针对全摆线齿轮三维建模工作的复杂和繁琐,且修改不便的问题,根据全摆线齿轮的自身特性,利用Pro/E软件的特征建模和参数化建模技术,建立了内啮合全摆线直齿轮和斜齿轮的三维模型,实现了全摆线齿轮的参数化设计,减少了全摆线齿轮的重复建模工作,提高了全摆线齿轮的设计效率,为后期齿轮传动系统的虚拟装配、有限元分析等工作打下了基础。
The 3D model of whole cycloid gear is more complex and tedious,and is also inconvenient to modify.This design method establishes the 3D models of internal meshing whole cycloid spur and helical gears by using the features of whole cycloid gear,the feature modeling and parametric modeling techniques of Pro/E software.The parametric design of whole cycloid gear is realized,which can reduce the repeatability modeling of the whole cycloid gear and greatly improve the design efficiency of whole cycloid gear.It lays foundation for virtual assembly and finite element analysis of gear drive system in later period.
