高分子树脂为催化剂在温和条件下脱除汽油中含硫化合物的研究

摘要 该氧化脱硫过程(ODS)的研究表明采用D061树脂为催化剂在双氧水为氧化剂的条件下可以达到相对较高的脱硫效果。该论文研究了反应条件,包括温度,氧化剂用量以及反应时间对脱硫效果的影响。最佳效果反应条件为:常温常压,n(O)∶n(S)为17时脱硫率达到74.28%。同时对可能的反应机理进行了讨论。 Investigation of the oxidative desulfurization(ODS) process has revealed that the method of using catalyst D061 resin with oxidant(H2O2) can be applied to make a relative high removal of sulfur compounds.The reaction conditions,including temperature,amount of oxidant and reaction time were studied.The best result occurs under mild conditions with respect to room temperature and atmospheric pressure,to remove 74.28% of the totle sulfur content in the presence of H2O2 with n(O)∶n(S)=17.Possible mechanism is also disscussed.
