纤维素酶用于中药穿心莲提取的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Cellulase Used for Extraction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Androgrpahis Paniculate

用穿心莲提取穿心莲内酯之前,经纤维素酶进行酶解,可以提高穿心莲内酯的收率,进而讨论可否将纤维素酶用于其它天然植物的提取中去。

Androgrpahis paniculata is enzymolysisted in cellulase before androgropholide is extracted. It can increase extraction rate of andrographolide. Then we will discuss whether cellulose is used in other natural plants extraction.
