婴儿消化与脑组织系统建立与食物成分和含量的关系(推理)

摘要 从生物化学原理与乳品生物化学和智力的生物开发角度,分析母乳与非母乳喂养吸收与消化方面的差别。详细解析α-乳糖和β-乳糖在婴幼儿吸收与消化和脑组织系统发育的区别,重点分析婴幼儿配方奶粉中添加麦芽糊精后对孩子智力的影响。最后,用生物能学原理解释非母乳喂养孩子发胖的原因和预防措施。 In this paper, we elucidate the differences between breastfeeding and its substitutes from the aspect of digestion and absorption of nutrients. Meanwhile, the differences between α-lactose and β-lactose in digestion and absorption are explained in detail, especially for the biochemical and physiological effect of maltodextrin addition in infant formula milk powder on babies' intellectual development. At last, causes and preventive measures against child obesity are proposed.
