摘要
本文研究了复方抗癌制剂海嘧啶的药效学作用,对小鼠肉瘤(S_(180)),小鼠艾氏腹水癌(EAC)、小鼠网状组织细胞白血病(L_(615))的抑制作用。实验结果表明,海嘧啶可显著抑制实体瘤(S_(180));明显抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖;对腹水型S_(180)A也具有强大的对抗作用;并可显著延长荷瘤小鼠的生存时间。
The article studied the restraining effect of the compound anti - cancer preparation - seaweed pyramiding on S_(180), EAC and L_(615). The experimental results showed, Seaweed Pyrimidine can notably S_(180), clearly inhibit the increase of tumor cell and also strongly against S_(180)A, notably lengthen the live time of mice carried with tumor.
