伴随着《城乡规划法》的颁布与实施和社会主义新农村的建设,农村规划,以及如何更好的与城市进行衔接做到城乡一体化成为了一个研究热点。但是现在很多的乡村规划还没有脱离以往的规划模式,不适合当前的发展。文章简要阐明了城乡统筹的要意,重点探讨了新形势下小城镇总体规划编制重点解决的问题,并通过规划实践探索城乡统筹背景下小城镇总体规划编制。

With the issue and accomplishment of the law of urban and rural planning and the promoting of new socialist countryside. But now we find many rural plans are still in old mode. Those old modes are not according with new conditions.
