对来源原则发展趋势的再认识

Re-Understanding Development Tendency of Principle Provenance

档案学界一般将来源原则的发展划分为"传统来源阶段、双重来源阶段和新探索阶段"三个阶段,纵观这一发展历程,作者认为这并非同一事物简单的辩证发展过程。由于三个时期的"来源原则"在其提出背景、概念基础、理论要义、应用领域等方面都存在着显著差异,并不符合事物发展的一般运动规律。将来源原则向双重来源的探索理解成是对档案整理原则的修正,将来源原则向概念来源原则的探索理解为电子文件时代来源原则的重新发现,则更能维护理论本身的科学性,提高理论对实践的解释能力。

Archival field divides generally the principle of provenance into three stages： ＂stage of principle of traditional provenance, double provenance, and new exploration＂. Making a general survey of this development process, the author thinks that it is not the simple and dialectical development process for the same thing. Because of the significant differences in fields of background,concept foundation,main idea of theory,and application, etc, it is inconsistent with ordinary movement rules. If the exploration from the principle of provenance to the principle of double provenance be understood as a rectification of archival arrangement principle and the exploration of principle of the provenance to the concept as a rediscovery of principle of provenance in electronic era,it would protect the theoretical science itself and improve the explanatory ability from theory to practice.
