摘要
介绍德国的厌氧技术和厌氧工程发展及应用情况,探讨德国厌氧沼气技术及沼气工程应用于我国餐厨垃圾处理的可行性。
Anaerobic technology, and developments and applications of anaerobic engineering in Germany were introduced. Feasibility of applying Germanic anaerobic biogas technology and biogas project in Chinese food residue treatment was discussed.
