摘要
采用40tEBT+40tVOD+模铸冶炼工艺流程生产CGG-1取向硅钢,通过对该钢化学成分中氮含量的影响因素(脱氧制度,精炼渣碱度)及加入方式的研究,确定采用加N-Si-Fe来进行氮元素的合金化并制定了较合理的冶炼工艺,使CGG-1取向硅钢在VOD精炼时氮含量控制一次合格率达85%,从而使取向硅钢的生产实现了规模化。
By the production process of40t EBT+40t VOD+mould casting, the silicon steel CGG-1 was produced. After the reserch on the nitrogen content affecting factors (deoxidation technique and the alkalinity of refining slag) and the addition methods, the nitrogen alloying process by addition of N-Si-Fe were determined and a reasorable melting process was formulated. The first-time qualified rate of silicon steel CGG-1 by VOD reached 85%, so the large-scale production of this silicon steel was realized.
