对工程造价管理的探讨

工程造价就是对一个工程做出预决算,这是一项技术性和政策性很强的工作,一个全面的、准确的、实事求是的工程预结算,将直接体现企业的经济效益。工程预结算的准确性,对合理确定工程造价、控制工程成本,提高企业经济效益起着重要的作用。文章首先阐述加强工程造价的重要性,然后详谈了要提高工程预结算的编制质量,最后概预算人员再从几个方面进行认真编制,从而达到控制工程造价的目的。

Project cost is to budget for a project, which is a kind of skilled and strong-policy job. A comprehensive, accurate and realistic project budget and final accounts will directly reflect the economic benefits of the enterprise. The accuracy of project budget plays an important role in reasonable project cost＇ s establishing, engineering eose＇ s controlling and enterprise economic efficiency＇ s raising. In order to control project cost, the importance of strengthening project cost was firstly elaborated, and then improving establishment quality of project budget and final accounts was analyzed in detail, eventually serious establishment from several aspects by budget personnel was introduced in this paper.
