噁丙嗪凝胶剂的制备及含量测定

Preparation and determination of Oxaprozin gel

目的 :制备呷恶丙嗪凝胶剂并建立其含量测定方法。方法 :以卡波姆 941为辅料 ,制备呷恶丙嗪凝胶剂 ;以紫外法测定含量 ,测定波长为 ( 2 87± 0 .5 )nm。结果 :平均回收率为 99.93% ,RSD为 0 .6 1%。结论 :本制剂制备容易 ,质量稳定 ,以紫外法测定含量 ,具有简单、快速之特点。

OBJECTIVE:To prepare oxaprozin gel and to establish an UV spectrophotometry for the determination of Oxaprozin gel.METHODS:The Oxaprozin gel which Carbomer 941 as excipient was prepared.An UV spectrophotometry at (287± 0.5 ) nm,for the determination of Oxaprozin in gel was established.RESULTS:The average recovery was 99.9 %, RSD was 0.61% .CONCLUSIONS:The preparation of Oxaprozin gel was simple,its quality was stable,the UV spectrophotometry for the determination was simple and rapid.
