摘要
某钢厂宽厚板生产线粗轧机和精轧机的驱动均采用同步交流变频电动机,传动系统采用了ABB公司的ACS 6000中压变频调速系统,变频器功率元件采用IGCT。介绍该公司ACS 6000中压变频传动系统的构成和关键技术等内容,并对4年来使用和维护中出现的典型故障加以分析、总结,为今后系统故障处理提供参考。
AC variable frequency synchronous motors have been applied for the roughing mill and the finishing mill in the new wide and heavy steel plate production line of a steelworks at home. ACS 6000, the advanced medium voltage variable frequency inverter from ABB, is used in the drive system. The power element of inverter is IGCT. The article describes the configuration and key technologies of the system. Analysis and summary have been done on the typical failures during four year operation and maintenance of the system, which provides a reference for trouble - shooting of the system in the future.
