摘要
以某钢厂1 780 mm粗轧机热连轧生产线R2为例,分析了工作辊轴向载荷与主传动万向接轴之间轴向载荷的传递关系,为主传动主电机止推轴承的承载能力设计提供基本设计依据。
Taking R2 roughing stand of 1 780 mm hot continuous roiling production line at a steelworks as an example, the article analyzes the transmission relations between axial load of work roll and universal spindle of the main drive, provides the design basis for the loading capacity design of thrust bearing of main drive motor.
